ARE YOU IN GOOD STANDING?

To participate in the meeting and cast your vote, you must be a member in good standing. This simply means your dues are up to date in Engage. If you have outstanding dues or are unsure of your status, now is the perfect time to clear your balance so your voice can be heard and you enter the dues restructure period with a clean slate.

Contact the HNA office at 808-531-1628 or email hnamembers@hinurse.org to confirm your standing or make payment arrangements.

CAN’T ATTEND?

If you’re scheduled to work that day, you can still participate. Request an absentee ballot ahead of time by emailing hnamembers@hinurse.org with your name, facility, unit, work schedule and a note that you need an absentee ballot. We will ensure a ballot is sent to you to vote the week following the meeting.  Your ballot to vote on either a $15 or $20 ramp up period will be accompanied by a meeting transcript.

VOTE.

Whether you join us on Zoom or submit an absentee ballot, your participation matters. The vote will be determined by simple majority (50% + 1 of voting members).

NOTE: Government or a HNA Facility issued picture identification may be required to enter the meeting.
