When a group of workers join together to support each other, real change happens. HNA Stewards are leaders on the front lines who empower their coworkers, protect contract rights, and ensure management is held accountable.
As a Steward, you become a vital advocate for safe working conditions, fair treatment, and a stronger, more united voice in your facility. You don’t have to be an expert – just someone who cares, shows up, and speaks out.
