From organizing and petitioning to testifying and showing up at the table, Straub nurses stood together every step of the way. This historic win reflects months of dedication and unity across Straub; proof of what’s possible when nurses lead with purpose and collective strength.
The new contract delivers a 13% wage increase over three years and double-time call pay, along with commitments to address safety for nurses and patients alike.
While this contract doesn’t capture everything Straub RNs continue to fight for, it sets a powerful foundation for the future. The message is clear: when nurses unite, we win.
